Jelly Fish Donuts??

Hello friends! As I write this, my loving husband is making me bacon and an omelet. Is he a good man, or what?! So amazing... here's the scoop:

Here's John fighting a nap and his mobile :) We're giving cloth diapers another try since he doesn't seem to be getting as many diaper rashes lately. Which is exciting because cloth diapers are fun!! and best of all, they are reusable! I feel so green :) He's been sleeping 6/7 hours at night and I'm starting to feel alive again :)

Surprise! The weeds that are growing beside our house are Black-eyed Susans! Still technically a weed I guess... fancy weeds are called "wild flowers" :) They might try to take over... but they're pretty! Our veggie garden is growing like crazy! So exciting!

The Roseman family Diaper Depot-
cloth diaper bin, trash bag, tissues, powder, spray bottle of water, snappies, a knee pad, AND homemade wipes! Recipe, courtesy of Michelle Duggar. (Love me some Duggars)

You'll need:
1 gallon ice cream tote. Make an X slit in the lid for easy dispensing.
half a roll of Bounty paper towels with the center cardboard roll removed
mix together 2 cups of water, 2 tbsp of rubbing alcohol, 2 tbsp. of baby oil or baby lotion
pour mixture over paper towels and it'll soak right up and VIOLA homemade baby wipes!

Yeah....... what??? This is what nightmares are made of, people. A friend of mine actually ate this and said it was good but here's where I have a big problem with it.... how likely is it that some tuna salad could end up on a tasty donut? Pretty likely! I'm not feelin' a yummy glazed donut with tuna sprinkles... heck no! This just ain't right. Move aside jelly-filled donuts! Tuna filled donuts are taking the nation by force! *gag*

  1. Laura, what church do you guys go to?
I've been looking for a great church in this area (also for my brother to attend as well) and the only one I like so far is about 30 minutes away... :(

cloth diaper bin...? that's awesome, I want to try those, too... if I ever have kiddos lol I'm using reusable stuff for just about anything, grocery shopping (i even prefer cloth bags for my vegetables), wiping up spills around the house, the cats, you name it! :) you guys are awesome!
